怎么说呢，这个是我根据一个跳转页面进行改过的，这个拿来做api也没什么用，不过大家可以拿来做你的网站跳转到其他网站的跳转页吧

创建一个文件 tiaozhuan.php ，也可以创建其他文件，然后将下方代码复制粘贴进这个文件里
